LG G5 and Rumors
Not so long ago, LG has launched one of their high-end smartphones in October 2015 with the name of V10. But, there are already rumors circulating about their new member of their flagship smartphone line the “G” series, likely to be called LG G5.
The company has confirmed that they will introduce their new flagship phone during the Mobile World Congress that is to be hosted by Spain in Barcelona. If LG launches their new G phone during the tech event, they will just launch it a bit earlier than expectations as LG G4 was launched in April. However, the company is following a norm of launching their new phone a month earlier than expected as LG G3 was launched in May.
February is expected to be an eventful month as far as smartphone lovers are concerned. Samsung is looking to unwrap their new Galaxy phone, Galaxy S7, during the Mobile World Congress. On the other hand, another giant smartphone manufacturer, HTC is in the quest of putting their new high-end handset during the same tech show. It means, there would be a fierce contest between the three companies.
As per the rumors, LG G5 might have a pull out battery version. It means the upcoming wonder of LG may have a battery that can be pulled out from the bottom of the phone. There are rumors regarding it and nothing much confirmed about this feature, however, it seems like it won’t be available in the G5. Whereas, LG is looking to dump their signature power button at the back and shift it to the side of the phone. The place of power button at the back is likely to be replaced by a fingerprint scanner, similar to V10.
